Privacy Policy

We will never sell or give your personal information to a third party. We use what data we collect only for the purpose of processing your order. We find SPAM really annoying in our own inboxes so you can rest assured we don't want to inflict it on anyone else!

How to Contact Us

Please note we are an internet company and as such, strongly prefer to handle all orders and communication via the website and email. While we have a post office box, we don't check it every day and mail orders will take significantly longer to process than website orders.

In the US, you can call us toll free! Click the image below, enter your name and your phone number, and then click "Connect." Google will first call you at your number, then connect you with us for free.

If you're using a cell phone, your normal use of cell plan minutes apply.

Payment Policies

  • We accept payment from United States customers via Credit Card (through Google Checkout, PayPal, and Amazon Payments), and Money Order.
  • For International payments, we accept Credit Cards, and International Money Orders in US Dollars. No checks please, and no money orders drawn on foreign banks.
  • Payment is due within 10 days after the order is placed. No orders are shipped until payment is received in full.
  • We charge an appropriate fee for returned checks or any payments our bank will not accept.
  • We must collect 7% sales tax for orders shipping to New Jersey.
  • Credit cards through Google Checkout and PayPal are not charged until your order is ready to ship. Amazon Payments are deducted immediately upon checkout.
  • We will review your order for any changes to shipping charges or stock status and these will be reflected in your email receipt/invoice.

Shipping Policies

  • Our shopping cart software does not consider all of the flat-rate options now available via Priority Mail. Wherever possible, we will switch your shipping method to one of these flat rates (envelope or box - whichever is appropriate) and save you some money on your shipping costs. You will see this reflected in your receipt/invoice.
  • We ship twice a week (sometimes three). This means in-stock orders should go out within three business days after payment clears. If you require your order to be Express mailed, please IM/email first. We don't ship every day, and may have to make a special trip for you - we try, but that may not always be possible.
  • If your shipment is lost/damaged in the mail, please contact us and we will do what we can to make it right.
  • If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and backordered/preordered items, they will be shipped as they are available unless you specify otherwise at checkout time! You will be invoiced separately for any additional shipping charges incurred.
  • A note about pre-orders: when you place a pre-order (or request an item that is backordered) we will quote you a shipping rate. That quote is good for 6 months from the date of your order. After that, we reserve the right to adjust the charge to take into account U.S. postage increases or changes to our handling fees.

Return Policies

  • Non-defective books, magazines, DVD's, CD's and videos are non-returnable. The only exception is for media that is shrink-wrapped. If the seal has not been broken, we will grant a refund for the purchase price of that item (shipping is not included). We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns on any clearance items that cannot be returned to our stock.
  • If returning a defective item for a replacement, we will refund your shipping costs only if you return the item via Media Mail or First Class Mail. Please do not use Priority Mail without first clearing it with us! We lose money on defective merchandise as it is, and extra shipping costs just make it worse. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and this includes defective merchandise.
  • In some cases, we will handle defective merchandise exchanges by connecting you directly with the producers/publishers. We are all small one-and-two person businesses and it saves everyone time and money to eliminate as may "middlemen" as possible. The only difference to you, as the customer, is the address to which you must return the defective item.
  • Please be aware, if the item was purchased via eBay or another online auction, we reserve the right to file a claim with the auction site that will allow us to recoup the commission we paid them.
